Montanas BBQ & Bar is looking to reposition the brand amongst its competitors. Truly aiming to be known as a great place to hang out and spend time with your family, friends or partner. EQs lead the influencer marketing program for Montana's and ran targeted campaigns within that program depending on the time of year/messaging. Our EQreative team worked to align key themes that would hit on Montana's BBQ and Bar's overall objective. During key sports periods, our campaign was named "Bring back the viewing party." All influencer content was to align with that messaging and feature sports-adjacent content while dining in the restaurant. As patio season kicked off, our theme was "BBQ and Chill," also playing on a key brand word from Montana's BBQ & Bar. The content there was looking to drive consumers to Montana's patios to enjoy their daily deals and delicious drinks menu to "chill" during the summer months.
EQ needed to secure talent from across the country as Montana's BBQ & Grill is a national restaurant. With the budget in mind, we knew we needed to focus on key territories over others, and the brand had more presence in certain areas. With a total of 22 creators secured from coast to coast, we aimed to find creators with a 3% engagement rate and secure all talent with whitelisting and boosting capabilities, and we did! Having content go out across IG and TikTok, we secured talent across those platforms and curated personas to hit each campaign's theme. For the "bring back the viewing party" campaign, personas focused on "sports creators, "couples," and "families with young kids." For the "BBQ & Chill" campaign, we focused on "lifestyle creators" and "family."
