EQ's team curated a first-of-its-kind concept called "Tasty Mix." The 10-part YouTube series aimed to generate content hitting on community and music. The series would be exclusive to Mary Brown's YouTube, driving back consumers to watch the content. Given Mary Brown's close connection with music and community, we knew spotlighting DJs in Canada and showcasing their mixes would propel brand awareness from coast to coast to coast.
EQ plugged one of Canada's top DJs, DJ Charlie B, to bring the Tasty Mix to life. As someone who embodies community, Charlie B was the perfect choice to spotlight the distinct sounds of emerging Canadian DJs. Charlie B's involvement in the series was paramount, from selecting participating DJs to recording and promoting their mixes on his digital channels. Together, Charlie B and Mary Brown's Chicken are proud to celebrate the talent and diversity of the Canadian music scene.
